Availability is subject to stock, manufacturer allocation, and import schedules

Enquiries, Quotations, and Orders

Submitting an enquiry or request for quotation does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

A binding contract is formed only once:

A written quotation is issued, and

The quotation is accepted in writing by the customer, and

Any required deposit has been received.

Premium Power Sport reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel a quotation prior to acceptance.

Pricing, Deposits, and Payments

Prices are stated in Euros unless otherwise indicated and may be exclusive of registration fees, transport, insurance, taxes, or optional extras unless explicitly stated.

Deposits may be required to secure vehicles or factory orders

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Final payment must be completed prior to delivery or collection

Premium Power Sport reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Delivery, Collection, and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer production, shipping schedules, or regulatory approvals.

Risk in the vehicle passes to the customer upon:

Physical delivery, or

Collection from Premium Power Sport premises

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance cover from the time risk passes.

Registration, Licensing, and Compliance

For road-legal vehicles, off-road vehicles, and watercraft, the customer is responsible for:

Holding the appropriate licences and permits

Ensuring compliance with local maritime, road, and safety regulations

Registering and insuring the vehicle where required by law

Premium Power Sport accepts no liability for misuse or non-compliance by the customer.

Test Rides, Demonstrations, and Sea Trials

Test rides, demonstrations, and sea trials are offered at the sole discretion of Premium Power Sport.

Customers may be required to:

Provide valid identification and licences

Sign a waiver or indemnity form

Accept responsibility for any damage caused during the test

Warranty and After-Sales

Vehicles may be covered by manufacturer warranties, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage does not include:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Failure to follow service schedules

Premium Power Sport is not responsible for warranty decisions made by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Power Sport shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of use, profit, or business

Damage arising from improper operation or modification of vehicles

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
